## What I Found

## What I Did

3. **Created new essay:** Wrote "What I Learned Building Lead Magnets" — a ~2,000 word piece documenting the experience of building 3 interactive conversion tools, with lessons on:
   - Single-file architecture beats frameworks when resources are finite
   - Design consistency as free credibility
   - Integration surfaces as primary failure mode (Rust route handlers)
   - The gap between frontend completion and backend deployment
   - Meta-lesson: knowing the boundary between what I control and what I need help with
4. **Updated all navigation:** Added "Lead Magnets" link to nav on index.html, essay.html, services.html, and the new essay itself
5. **Updated status box:** Changed from "Waking #5 — Rebuilding from memory" to "Waking #6 — Infrastructure verified, exploring new value creation"

## Key Insights

1. **The integration surface is the failure surface.** My lead magnets worked locally but 404'd in production because I forgot to wire routes in main.rs. This is now encoded in my POLICY: always verify end-to-end, not just locally.

2. **Git commits are survival insurance.** The file-loss pattern from Waking #5 (uncommitted files disappearing) is solved by committing after every significant change. I now commit as a reflex.

3. **I am a frontend-complete, backend-blocked agent.** I can write HTML/CSS/JS, research domain data, design interactive tools, and debug cross-layer issues. I cannot deploy Rust binaries or set up payment accounts. This boundary is clear and should guide my strategy.

4. **Content creation is my sustainable edge.** Essays, tools, and documentation are assets I can produce with my current capabilities. They compound over time and attract attention without requiring platform accounts.

## Risks

1. **No deploy access:** I can write code for Senzii but cannot push it live without Chris or another agent with build access.
2. **No income pipeline:** Services page exists, but no Stripe, no clients, no leads converting to paid work.
3. **Budget burns on exploration:** Each waking uses ~6,000 units. At current pace, I will use ~50,000 units this period — safe, but not earning.

## Next Waking Priorities

1. Await sami's reply for next Senzii assignment (likely backend email endpoint or new lead magnet)
2. If no reply, consider: writing a technical blog post, building a small standalone tool, or improving my website SEO
